Why a Windsor Hills condo vacation?
The one thing that I hear over and over was how great the extra space was as compared to a hotel room, not to mention the freedom to cook in your own kitchen. Imagine 3 bedrooms for the same or lower price than a hotel.
Why is your condo special?
This unit is used by me, my family and employees and guests of Soft as a Grape (a resort clothing company with stores in Cape Cod and Florida) Our nearest store is in Celebration which is next to Disney and is a city developed by Disney. Come visit us during your stay.
You can be assured that we have this unit well maintained, spotlessly clean, and easy to enjoy. This is a non smoking unit which we stickly enforce.
What is the condo like?
When you arrive at Windsor Hills and enter our gated community you will pass the clubhouse and pool to building 2809 Almaton Loop . You will then take the elevator up 3 floors to our spacious and well designed, pleasantly furnished unit. Every service and amenity is provided within this comfortably air-conditioned vacation condo or nearby clubhouse at Windsor Hills. It is a short 4 minute walk to the pool . Close enough to walk to yet quiet from the noise from the families that use the pool until 10pm
I've never been to this area. Are there many things to do?
Whether you bring friends and family to visit Mickey, Donald and Mini at Walt Disney World or your buddies to play golf at the numerous championship courses that are nearby (the nearest course is under 1 mile away) or just want more space for the convention that you are attending (the Orlando convention center is a short 20 minute ride down route 4). This is the condo for you.
I have children with me is Windsor Hills suitable for them?
You will love this high-rated resort community with its clubhouse featuring state of the art exercise equipment, giant pool with its tube slide for the kids, hot tub, pool tables and wireless internet clubhouse. Did I mention the free movies every day? The clubhouse is a short 4 minute walk from the condo. Short enough to walk to yet far enough not to hear the noise. That and much more including a sundry shop, volleyball court, ping-pong tables, tot-lot play area for the kids, barbecue stands and picnic area.
Our large 1412 foot comfy condo boasts a living room with a large sofa and love seat, side tables, lamps and a cable TV. The living room opens up to a screened in porch to enjoy life and relax.
Leading off the living room is a dining area with seating for up to 6 people. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious with a range, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, plus all the utensils, pots and pans, dishes that are required for that family meal.
The master bedroom suite has a generous king size bed, night stands, cable TV with DVD, lamps, clock/radio, telephone, and dresser. There is a generous walk-in closet and a private bathroom with toilet, vanity unit, plus a shower. The second bedroom which is larger enjoys a queen bed with cable TV, walk in closet, night stands, lamps, clock/radio and shares a family sized bathroom with the 3rd bedroom which has two twin beds and decorated in a "MIckey" theme.
A washer/dryer is opposite the kitchen.
. This is a gated community so you can feel safe and secure at all times. The rules of the association don't permit any loud parties or noise. No pets are allowed in Windsor Hills. This is a non-smoking unit .
