Located a few blocks from the beach on quiet South Laguna Beach street, house occupies a corner double-lot with front and back outdoor patios. Move into a fully furnished beach cottage with sophisticated casual decor. Ocean view, light and bright with ocean breezes. You will hear the wind chimes and enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets! Or play your favorite tunes on the Baby Grand Piano in living room. Enjoy Shangri-La at the beach!

Many nice appointments to the living space including, cork floors in kitchen and Den, hardwood floors with area carpets, Corian counter-top in kitchen, tapestries, some art and comfortable linen draped lounges in den, and dark brown leather couch in living room. Rooms include kitchen, den, living room with fireplace, dining area (table seats 6-8), balcony and decks, 2 bedrooms (sleeps 4), 1 bath with double-sink basins and enclosed shower over tub. Landscaped outdoor patio/yard. Washer/dryer in garage and 1-car enclosed guest garage with electric garage door opener. Weekly maid service available and gardener included.

Situated in South Laguna Beach, this location offers easy access to 405 via Crown Valley Parkway to avoid tourist traffic in downtown Laguna Beach. Other amenities include proximity to South Laguna Village stores and restaurants, minutes from the famous Montage Hotel and Resort and Spa, the St. Regis Hotel and the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Dana Point., YMCA pool facility also close by.
