The home has two levels, 3 bedrooms and 4th Sitting/Bedroom in upper level with Futon which sleeps 2 (not private), 2 full baths, sleeps 8, AND HAS A CUTE SMALL LOFT UPSTAIRS WITH A TWIN BED READY MADE FOR KIDS. The home can also be divided to use only 2 bedrooms 1 bath to sleep 4 on main level. Upper level will be closed off. The house has hardwood floors throughout the first level, a unique upper level with skylights in both rooms, sitting room/bedroom (not private) that has a futon, sleeps 2, ADORABLE LOFT FOR KIDS WITH LADDER AND A TWIN BED READY FOR USE, nooks and crannies. Knotty pine paneling in living and dining area with a PIANO. The kitchen, baths, bedrooms, living room are fully stocked for your comfort. A wood stove is in the family room, and a deck with HOT TUB, sitting bench, table and chairs surrounded by gorgeous large oak trees. OUTSIDE STONE BBQ TO USE WITH CHARCOAL AND A LARGE PICNIC TABLE NEXT TO A LOVELY OAK TREE. BADMINTON AND HORSHOES available to play in yard. Evening sunsets are beautiful off the deck. When it gets dark, look up for falling stars!!!

Mountain view in front of home, surrounded with two stately maple trees and some tall birch pine trees on side of house. The home sits on 2 acres of land which is quiet and fenced, close to everything and seconds to main roads such as US 25 and Highway 40.

The Biltmore House entrance is less than 2 miles and the Blue Ridge Parkway entrance less than 1 mile. Everything you would love to do in Asheville and surrounding area is within short driving distances. You will enjoy staying in this quaint, quiet, clean home.
