This Two-Bedroom/Two-Bath townhome is immaculate throughout, with high ceilings and two stories. Includes satellite TV, DVD and high speed wireless internet. This lovely end unit is in a quiet area so you can enjoy the surrounding beauty anytime of year. Only a two-minute walk to Trout Creek Recreation Center and all its amenities, including full workout rooms, Jacuzzis, year-round swimming pool, snow play area, driving range and much more!

This newer townhome retains a very clean yet comfortable feel.

Just minutes away from all the activities that north Tahoe has to offer, including golfing, hiking, swimming, horse back riding, Donner Lake and major ski resorts. Northstar, Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, and Sugar Bowl are a short 15-minute drive. Truckee is also minutes away with shopping, many fine restaurants and great night life.
