For the person who wants luxury as well as location, this is an upscale, recently remodeled, Cape Cod style home with a bright, casual, open floor plan. Gourmet kitchen including 48" Viking Stove/Sub Zero refrigerator and granite countertops. Round dining table to seat 12, hardwood floors and French Doors throughout the home which are typically left open to the ocean breezes and lovely gardens.

Residence has two floors, each with a separate entrance/exit. There are three bedrooms on the main floor and a bedroom, patio and living area on the bottom floor. A perfect lay out for a large family or two families to split.

The home is situated behind mature hedges and lattice fence. It has wonderful privacy. The kids will enjoy playing basketball on the Sports Court, jumping on the trampoline, or watching a movie on the new 50 inch plasma television while you relax on a large deck which has spectacular 180 degree views of the Pacific.

Nearby walking path has direct beach access(5 minute walk) to Laguna’s best beaches including the world famous five star Montage Resort. If you enjoy hiking, there are spectacular hiking paths that wind up the mountainside and overlook the ocean.

Private grounds/gardens surround this home with hundreds of varieties of exotic plants, and flowers on a large flat double lot with white water views. This is a serene and extremely quite location on a street the locals call "the loop" because it has almost no traffic (not a through street.)

The Laguna Beach open air trolley picks up every 30 minutes at the end of the street and is a fun and easy way to get downtown in 10 minutes. A wonderful 9 hole canyon golf course is just 3 minutes away.
