PREMIER ISLE OF PALMS VACATION RENTAL HOME!
Brand New! This is one of the most luxurious homes on Isle of Palms! This house has a private heated swimming pool on the top deck of this house. The elevator goes to all floors including the garage and the top deck with the pool and the bedroom with a queen bed & a queen sleeper sofa. The private pool has a HUGE deck with both covered and uncovered areas. There is an outdoor kitchen with a gas BBQ grill & refrigerator on this top deck. There are hardwood floors throughout the living areas of this home and the bedrooms are carpeted. There is a playground with a swing set in the back yard. This home also had high speed internet services (Internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment. We cannot provide support for guest's personal computer systems.)
On the first floor, there is a Master king bedroom with access to the first floor deck and large bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and shower that is shared with another king bedroom. There is also another King bedroom with private bathroom and there is a large bedroom with 2 queen beds and a private bath. There are also 2 bedrooms with 2 extra long twin beds in each (both can be converted to a king bed in each room upon request with at least 2 days notice) with private bathrooms. The laundry room is also on this floor.
The second floor has 2 Queen bedrooms each with a private bathroom. The kitchen with a two closet pantry, living room with a wet bar area complete with a wine cooler, ice maker, and sink, a Bar area and powder room is also on this floor. The dining area seats up to 24 people.
The third floor has a bedroom with queen bed & a queen sleeper sofa, private bathroom, TV, DVD/VCR player and has GREAT ocean views. On this floor is also the private heated pool with a huge sundeck. The deck for the pool has some covered and some uncovered areas. The covered area has an outdoor kitchen, a dining table, and a full restroom.

As a note of caution we would like to remind you that this home is located in a residential area, and the community is very sensitive to inappropriate noise levels emanating from rental homes particularly in the evening hours. Therefore we cannot allow parties, and we must prohibit large gatherings at the pool area after 10pm. The noise ordinance is strictly enforced by the Isle of Palms Police. Violations of the noise ordinance could result in fines and/or eviction.
