Since our children and grandchildren use it for their vacation home too - we try to keep it as homey and family friendly as possible.
Windsor Hills is a new 5 star Vacation Resort. Our home is located just a very short walk to the clubhouse and pool. The 24 hour gated community features a heated tropical lagoon style pool with a 2 story water slide and a very large hot tub. The spacious clubhouse offers a 50 seat movie theater, pool table, table tennis, fooseball, a video arcade and a very well equipped fitness center. The clubhouse also houses a comfortable outdoor lounge area and a well stocked sundry shop.
The playground is not-just another playground!!! Movable chessmen will greet the children as they enter the gate and Mr. Dragon will watch over the kids as they play in the sand. Mom and Dad will enjoy the castle as well as the kids. Climb into the castle - play hide and seek or slide down the slides to the swings, teeter totters and merry-go-round.
Tennis, basketball and volleyball courts along with a putting green are close and conveniently located.
Windsor Hills has something for everyone -- fun for the whole family !!
The kitchen is fully equipped and has plenty of counter top and cupboards. A pass-through to the dining area makes serving meals an easy task. There is a full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board for your laundry needs. Bed linens, bath towels and pool towels are provided for our guests.
For the little ones -- a comfy padded height adjustable high chair and a pack n play with linens.
Bedroom #1 is furnished with queen size bed,an easy chair, rocking chair, TV and DVD. It has a private bath and a walk in closet.
Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed and a set of bunk beds. A TV and VHS is in this room. A child size table and chairs awaits your kids for a little quiet time for artwork, puzzles or games.
Bedroom #3/Library features a queen sleep sofa and an easy chair. When not being used as a bedroom it's a cozy hideaway for private TV viewing, listening to music or reading a book.
The dining area and living room are quite roomy and there is a Flat Screen HD TV in the living room.
The screened in lanai is a great place for that morning coffee and to watch the sun rise over the trees.
Ceiling fans are in each bedroom, the living room and in the lanai for your comfort.

Two elevators are in the building - so carrying luggage or groceries to the 4th floor is an easy task.
