Large, Kid Friendly Home located in an oceanfront community with 24 hour gate attendant (2 security guards at all times), beach parking at great swimming, surfing beach. One minute walk to private community Jr. Olympic size pool, jacuzzi, sauna, 4 tennis courts, sand volleyball court, racquetball, basketball courts, club house, tot-lot, park next to community center and blufftop oceanfront park. (All included at no extra charge.) 1 minute drive (10 minute walk) to private ocean blufftop and beach access.

Enjoy a picnic or cocktail each evening at the benches and picnic tables while watching the sun set at the private blufftop with panoramic oceanviews from San Clemente to Newport Beach.

House located in South Laguna between the Ritz Carlton and St. Regis Resorts (walk to both!). World renowned for their Spa facilities, restaurants and amenities.
