This unique Laguna home is set on a beautiful half acre. Situated on a hill overlooking Laguna the gated entry opens into a quiet garden.

Recently updated, the house has all new appliances, carpet and paint. There are two queen sized beds and a king bed in the large master suite.
Amenities include high speed internet, a printer, copy, fax machine and the services of a once a week housekeeper.

It's private and quiet, but only minutes from the bustle of downtown Laguna Beach. This lovely home is a perfect place to retreat after a day spent enjoying the Festival of Arts, the beach or shopping in the many charming stores along Forest Avenue.

There are six public tennis courts and biking and hiking trails just up the hill from the house.
