Charming mountainside home conveniently located only two and a half miles above the center of vibrant downtown Asheville! Wooded lot with magnificent winter views from expansive, private wood deck. Private outdoor stone dining patio secluded by rhododendrons.

Property adjoins the Governor of North Carolina's 20+ acre Western Residence. Only three and half miles from the scenic vistas of the Blue Ridge Parkway, this home provides easy access to both in-town entertainment and nearby outdoor activities. Located two miles above renowned Grove Park Inn and Spa.

One level 1800 sq. ft. floorplan is child-friendly and handicap-accessible. Master Bedroom with king size bed has electric fireplace, and beautiful views from sliding doors that open onto a 75-foot deck. Bedroom #2 has full size bed. Den/Library has full size sleeper-sofa. Sunny, well-equipped sky-lighted kitchen with breakfast counter that seats four.

Spacious sky-lighted dining room with views from wrap-around windows will seat 12 comfortably. Living room features stone fireplace with gas logs, massaging recliners, and large screen TV and DVD/VCR with surround sound. Sliding glass doors also lead to the 75-foot deck.
