House built in 2002, Close to Tanger Outlet, Beltz Mall and Walden's Landing. 5 minutes from Parkway, 10 minutes from Dollywood, 5 minutes from Country Tonite, Comedy Barn,The Miracle Theater (formerly Louise Mandrell Theater)and Dixie Stampede. Resturants nearby are Cracker Barrel, Ruby Tuesday, Connors, O'Charley's, Damons House of Ribs, and many others.

It has a nice .5 mile paved area to walk, close to river, which you would be able to use for fishing, etc. Does have 10 steps with a hand rail to get into the house. No hot tub, but priced accordingly. Please NO pets. This is a place for a good walk in a quiet family setting.

House is designed for families with good Christian values. Movies, books, and games are designed for families. We would like to ask that you DO NOT smoke so as to not offend the next person that will be staying with us. Please for convenience of other people in area, limit of 2 vehicles in parking area.

If you are looking for a quiet and restful time, but not much drive time to sites, shopping and things to do, this is YOUR place to come and stay.
