Our Carolina Boulevard house is believed to be the best rental on Isle of Palms. With almost 5,000 sq. ft.(4,950 sq. ft.) this beach house features hardwood floors, granite counter tops, an elevator, a wet bar, private pool, volleyball net, pool table, foosball table, and spectacular ocean views. One hundred twenty-five yards to beach. One block to shopping and restaurants. Two huge decks, big screened-in porch(400 sq. ft.), two dens, and private pool give everyone a place to go to relax and enjoy their vacation.

First floor: Kitchen, living room, den, pool table, game tables, huge screened porch, bedroom (queen), and full bath.
Second floor: Master bedroom (king, SS) with whirlpool tub and deck access; bedroom (two queens) with private bath and deck access; bedroom (king) with private bath; bedroom (king) with private bath.
Third floor: Bedroom (two doubles); bedroom (two doubles), full bathroom, den (two SS), foosball table and scenic deck.

  • We will rent for a three night minimum during the off-season except for the weeks
  • of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's.
  • With 4,950 sq.ft. and a open floor plan our home comfortably holds 26 people.
  • Large screened in porch(400 sq.ft.) off the main living area overlooks the pool
  • and volleyball net. Extra refrig. in the garage to store drinks.
