This charming country home, cc. 1935, is located on ten plus acres of woods, lawn, and beautiful landscaping. Just minutes from downtown Asheville, Historic Biltmore Village, The Biltmore House and Gardens, the Folk Art Center, The Blue Ridge Parkway, Chimney Rock and Lake Lure. Also enjoy short trips to the Cherokee Indian Reservation and Casino, the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, Mount Mitchell State Park, and the Land of 25 Major Waterfalls. Asheville is know as a mecca for fine dining, unique attractions, and shopping.

The house is tastefully decorated with antique and period furniture, with recent updates to the kitchen, bathrooms, and central heating/cooling system. Relax in the large antique clawfoot bathtub. Lots of comfortable seating in the livingroom in front of the large rock fireplace. The sunroom offers natural light for reading and relaxing. The master bedroom suite is located on the opposite side of the house from the other bedrooms.

Relax on the private deck, overlooking shaded yard, old redwood gazebo, and small lily pond. The parking area, entrance to house, and all living areas are located on the same level. The house is easily accessible from paved roads and is 5 minutes from a supermarket.
