Townhome, 4 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 4 Baths, (Sleeps 8-12)

As you probably have seen in other listings, there is an abundance of recreation and relaxation nearby. Whether it's pampering at the day spa (New Dakota Lodge across the street), or skiing/mountain biking at all the ski resorts, staying at the Redpine will offer something for everyone! We don't need to elaborate on the many benefits of Park City that draw thousands to visit every year!

Regarding our Redpine condo, it is located very near to the clubhouse where you will find 2 pools (1 heated in winter), 1 children's pool, and 2 hot tubs. Our back porch leads down to a landscaped, grassy field for stretching out and listening to the summer concert series. You can also play games, croquet, horseshoes, or roll down the hill, like our kids do! (You should try it!) Sleds are in the outdoor closet in case you want to go wild on the hill.

We originally bought our townhome because it can accommodate friends and family in numbers. There is enough space for a single family to spread out with their own rooms, or you can share with friends. We have four bedrooms (2 Queen, 1 King and 1 Double) and a pullout couch in the family room! With these and a futon couch in a larger bedroom, no one should have to sleep on the floor. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom with a shower or shower/tub combo.

All but one bedroom have TV's with either DVD/VCR and there is a wall mounted flat screen in the main living area. After a night out on the town, everyone can watch their own movies to unwind at night! For those with younger ones, there is Graco (port-a-crib) and high chair stored in closets as well as games/toys. We have 2 parking stalls, one covered and ample additional parking at the nearby clubhouse.

Overall we feel our condo is extremely comfortable, inviting, and accommodates everyone's needs! We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

We share a love for an active lifestyle and when we can break away from our hectic schedules, feel the out of doors is medicine for the soul. We have three children who keep us busy but inspire us daily. They love the mountains and the Park City area. Thank you for taking the time to research Park City and our condo. We had a wonderful time. The condo is in a great location. Close to everything. The condo has a very spacious lay out so you don't feel like you are on top of each other. Each room has a private bathroom which is great for a large family or friends. It's clean and has lots of natural light as well as very comfortable beds. Looking forward to coming back.
