As my husband and I rocked on the porch, blinking lights all over the trees to the right of the cabin captured our attention. For a moment we tried to figure out what we were seeing - then we realized the trees were overrun with fireflies. They were so intense that it resembled a mini-fireworks display in and even above the huge trees! I've seen fireflies in meadows and along winding roadsides, but never all over and even high above the trees. What a show! How did you train them to do that? It was just one of the many lovely moments at your great getaway!
