Built in the 1920's and family owned for over 20 years, this charming smoke-free,pet-free two bedroom, one bath cottage is a wonderful place to vacation. Enjoy the privacy and space of a home as well as the convenience of walking to the beach, shopping at one of the many locations in town, followed by your sunset Margarita at some of the best restuarants around. This property is immaculate, well upgraded and fully stocked. The home is a 2 block direct path to the beach! Far enough from the hussle and bussle of traffic, yet still an easy and convenient walk to everything. No need for a car during your stay here in charming Laguna Beach!
