This unit isn't like just any other unit in Baytowne! It's one of the larger 2 bedrooms. There are currently two queen beds in the studio and a queen in the other bedroom. We have personalized this unit to make it special for you. We also have provided you with a list of personally recommended restaurants and activities.
There is an amazing pool deck and fitness room on the 3rd floor courtyard of your condo. It has a grill-out area with gas grills and a gazebo with a fireplace. A large pool, children's pool, and hot and cold spas all await you! The Village Events plaza as well as restaurants, shops, and entertainment (including Starbucks for your morning coffee) are a quick walk from your quiet condo.
You can also ride bikes or take a tram to the beach or the Brand New Grand Boulevard without even getting off of Sandestin property.
ENJOY YOUR MORNING COFFEE OR EVENING BEVERAGE on the front porch. Or eat at the dining table provided. Everything you’ll need is in the functional kitchen in your room, which includes a sink, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and the utensils you’ll need. You also have a washer and dryer right in your room.
