Comfortable unit that serves the needs of a small family at a moderate price. The unit has a balcony with courtyard view, and has recently been re-modeled and offers comfortable seating area with flat-screen TV with built-in DVD player. Situated in the 3 star Landmark Resort, in the center of Myrtle Beach, it offers hours of fun in its huge pool complex and amenities. Outdoor and indoor lazy rivers, large outdoor, oceanfront pool and whirlpool, coupled with large indoor, kiddie and fun pools as well as its own putt-putt course.

The resort amenities are second to none for families. Exercise room, restaurant, snack bar, laundry facility, video game arcade, as well as a closed-in walkway from the parking garage over Ocean Boulevard.
