This beautiful home sits on top of Baldy Mountain in the Woodmoor area of Breckenridge and has some of the best views in Summit County! This 3000 square foot home offers the best that Breckenridge has to offer. Two separate living rooms each with its own fireplace and two separate kitchens offer space for large groups who also appreciate some privacy. The garage allows for two cars and toy storage (skis, bikes, you name it).

The lower level has two bedrooms (each with queen size beds) , a full kitchen, bathroom and living room with a gas fireplace, Color TV, cable and VCR. The lower living room opens out to the deck with a large hot tub. Down from this deck is a flagstone deck and fire pit.

The main level boasts an expansive great room with a fifty inch TV, cable, DVD, a fireplace, dining area, full kitchen, bathroom, and breathtaking views of the Ten Mile Range and the Breckenridge Ski Area. The fold out L-shaped sofa can accommodate 2-3 people for sleeping. The great room opens to a deck with spectacular views which you can enjoy while preparing dinner on the gas grill.

The upper level has a master suite and two other bedrooms. The master suite has a king size bed and large bathroom with a Jacuzzi. The other two bedrooms share a bath. One has a queen size bed, the other has a set of bunk beds.

The house is situated on over a half acre and backs onto mountain forests. A 5 minute walk to the Summit Stage bus stop or a 3 mile ride by car gets you into town. A short walk will bring you to the Baldy Mountain Trail head or the Sally Barber Trail.

This home sleeps 12-13 people and is ideal for families or groups traveling together. Additional amenities include washer, dryer, 2 dishwashers and humidifiers.
