You'll love your stay in our newly updated first floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, end unit condo in Waterway Village. Feel safe and secure in this gated private community. It is conveniently located between the IntraCoastal Waterway and River Oaks/World Tour Golf Plantations.

Enjoy all new furniture, bedding, stainless steel appliances and the new 46" Plasma in main room with DVD player, 32" Plasmas with built-in DVD players in each bedroom, and wireless high-speed internet. This unit is conveniently located 30 steps from the large outdoor pool and hot tub, indoor pool/tennis courts/grill area. Just 10 min. from the beach and downtown Myrtle. Less than 5 miles from Broadway at the Beach, Myrtle Beach Airport, and the Hard Rock Amusement Park.

This unit can be enjoyed by families and golfers alike. Walk along the boardwalk on the the Waterway and enjoy the boats passing by or view the Waterway from your screened in porch. Use the heated indoor pool in the off season or play tennis on the newly updated fenced in court.
