Nestled in the heart of Sandestin’s Baytown Wharf is our Market Street Inn condo with a huge corner balcony overlooking all the fabulous activities at the Wharf. Just walk through the sliding glass doors of our unit and you will view award winning restaurants, live entertainment, wonderful shops, and even a zip line over all of the activities. Our third floor unit offers a front row seat to all of the many Village activities, providing great views of the events below, and fireworks in the sky. In addition, you are able to enjoy a nice bay view sitting on our balcony. Our third floor location makes it convenient to visit the pool, grill, fireplace, fitness center and spa all located on the same level. The pool area at Market Street Inn is a tropical paradise hidden within the resort. Swim under the palm trees in the infinity lagoon pool or wash your stress away in the heated spa. Adjacent to the heated pool, is a grilling area, outside fireplace area, and fitness center. The convention center is just a short stroll from our unit.
Our condo has two bedrooms and two baths, with an open and spacious floor plan featuring 10-foot ceilings. The master bedroom features a king bed, large bathroom, and closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The living area features a pullout queen bed.
The large, spacious living area is perfect for hanging out after a day of golf, tennis or just relaxing by the beach. It features a TV, DVD and stereo, and is a great place to watch a movie, your favorite sports team or just listen to your favorite music. In addition, each bedroom has its own TV and DVD. The entire condo has WIFI, so you can stay connected to the outside world with your laptop, if needed.
The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, and has everything even the most accomplished chef might need to create a fabulous gourmet meal. The dining area sits six, with extra space at the kitchen bar area that seats three. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit.
Sandestin has everything you need on your vacation. You can shop, dine and enjoy many entertainment venues all within walking distance. Play golf on one of four championship courses, or play tennis on one of the fifteen tennis courts. At the marina, you can dock your own boat, or rent jet skis, kayaks, canoes, or even go YOLO Boarding (stand up paddle boating). The Baytowne Adventure Zone will give you four more reasons to "hang" around Sandestin longer. Get an aerial view of the Village and its surroundings as you soar across the lagoon. Then head over to the ropes course for skill-testing fun. If you still haven't had enough fun, the Coconut Climb and Eurobungy are sure to put you over your limit.
After exhausting yourself with all of the many activities the Village has to offer, take a bike or tram over to the sugar white, sandy beach for even for fun and excitement. Don’t miss Finz Restaurant next to the beach, or the famous Segar’s Steakhouse for a night on the town.
Sandestin has everything you need right on the resort—shopping, dining, sports, entertainment, so there is no need to leave Sandestin until your vacation is over. If you do chose to venture out, you will find Silver Sands Outlet Mall with over 100 stores and Grand Sandestin, a new exciting shopping destination located less than a mile away. Destin Commons, featuring over 80 stores and Bass Pro Shop is just a bit further down the road.
We book our house Saturday to Saturday during the peak summer months. There is a minimum age requirement of 25.
