Discover this delightful lake front and golf course view home in the preferred neighborhood of Laurel Grove. This wonderful and spacious home is located on the 18th hole of the Raven Golf Course with fishing just out the door and the neighborhood activity area just a short stroll from the house. Laurel Grove is a charming cottage community surrounded by four spectacular holes of the award-winning Raven Golf Club, with sparkling lakes and surrounded by beautiful landscaping. The neighborhood features a community club house, swimming pool, hot tub and fitness room.
Our home has three bedrooms and three baths. It is well-equipped and has everything you need to kickback and enjoy your time on vacation. While staying in our home you will relax as you enjoy the peaceful park like setting filled with nature plus all the many activities the resort has to offer. The wrap around porch welcomes you to sit and enjoy. As you enter the house you notice the open floor plan with lots of windows and the comfortable and inviting furniture. The home is finished with stone floors and granite and stainless appliances compliment the conveniently laid out kitchen.
On the main floor, the master bedroom has a king bed with attached master bath including double sinks, an oversized walk-in shower and garden soaking tub. Also on the main floor is the lovely 2nd bedroom with a queen bed. On the upper level you will find a third bedroom with twin beds and attached bath. The queen sleeper sofa in the living room on the first floor provides additional sleeping quarters if needed.
Whether you are enjoying the beach, pool, or curling up with a beverage of your choice and a good book as you sit on porch, you are sure to feel relaxed as you enjoy your surroundings.

The Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort is a 2,400 acre resort located on the panhandle of Florida with a beautiful private beach, four golf courses, over 30 restaurants, live entertainment, tennis, spa, numerous shops and much more.
Amenities: Four TV's, DVD, washer, dryer, fully equipped with linens provided (excluding beach towels).
HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY – No refunds will be given unless:
1. The National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuations in a “Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area” and / or
2. A “mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm /Hurricane Warning” area of residence of a vacationing guest.
THE DAY THAT THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE ORDERS A MANDATORY EVACUATION ORDER in a “Tropical Storm / Hurricane Warning” area, we will refund:
1. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered.
2. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted: and
3. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the “Hurricane Warning” period.
