Il Rustico is a romantic stone house, suitable for 4 to 5 people, which is located in a little enclosed garden. The house is situated amidst olive groves, approximately 1 km from town. It has two separate double rooms, and a shower. The kitchen is separated from the spacious living area by a stone counter. The living room has a fireplace, and the kitchen an extra wood burning pizza oven. The living room has direct access to an enchanting, palm covered, flowered terrace. During renovations in 2003, special attention was paid to retaining the house's Ligurian character - both in construction and in furnishings.

Molini di Prelà means unadulterated Liguria: sea and beach, nature and mountains, culinary specialties, and authentic Italian life. It has remained untroubled by mass tourism. La Mola is located approximately 1 km from the village, amidst sunny olive groves. We are a German-Italian couple who live in the immediate neighborhood with our three children. We produce excellent olive oil.

  • For stays of two weeks or more, all surcharges, bedding, and final cleaning are included in the price.

  • Heating costs for use of the central heating are also billed extra. Firewood is included in the price.

Notes: Our house is located amidst sunny olive groves, approximately 1 km from the village. There is a 4 x 10 m swimming pool in the garden, which may be used by our guests during the summer months. The houses are fully furnished. We will gladly provide a child's cot. You need only bring towels. A washing machine can be used upon prior arrangement. La Liguria: Liguria is the land between the mountains and the sea. It is a region which allows individual vacation arrangements. The landscape is a veritable paradise for hikers and cyclists. It is also possible to ride, to play tennis, and to enjoy water sports. Picnics on mountain meadows or at the Prino springs are an ideal alternative to beach life, for both young and old alike. Day trips to Monte Carlo, Nice, San Remo and Genoa are also possible. Molini di Prelà can be reached from the coastal town of Imperia-Porto Maurizio via an idyllic valley. It is about 9 km inland along the wild, romantic Prino riverbed. The name for the upper part of the Prino Valley that has been handed down over the years is Val d'Oro, the Golden Valley. The name refers to the treasure that symbolizes the riches of our land: its olive oil. The 'La Mola' olive farm is located here, which is owned by the long-established oil-producing Pietro Ghiglione family.

Eigentlich wollte ich keine Bewertung abgeben, damit dieses Idyll ein echter Geheimtipp bleibt, aber wir (" 2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind, 1 Hund) sind auch froh über solche Tipps. Das Haus entspricht voll und ganz den Erwartungen und der Beschreibung. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und bietet optimale Betreuung. Auch sie verrät Ihre Lieblingsplätze und Restaurants. Ganz super ist der von Ihr automatisch bestellte "Brötchenserice" jeden Morgen!!Wir waren von der ersten Minute an "zu Hause", nur ohne Alltagsstress, Arbeit, etc. Eine Woche ist viel zu kurz um in dieser Region alles zu erkunden. Wir können jede noch so kleine Trattoria empfehlen. Es gibt belebte und bewirtschaftete Strände mit Komfort, sowie einsame Traumbuchten. Und wer "seinen Berg" nicht verlassen möchte, bleibt eben oben und genießt Pool, Ruhe und das tolle ligurische Licht. Ach ja, unser Hund betrieb die ganze Woche "Jugend forscht!" auf dieser tollen Azienda Agricola, zwischen Oliven und Feigenbäumen und hatte auch sofort "Freunde" aus der Nachbarschaft. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!!!!!

Ligurien pur!

Einmal Rustico - immer Rustico. Immer wieder zieht es mich dort hin. Egal zu welcher Jahreszeit. Ideal für mich da ich mit Hund und Mountainbike verrreisen. Der Hund hat einen abgeschlossenen Garten - schön schattig und natürlich eingewachsen. Vom Haus weg kann man mit dem Bike sofort losdüsen. Ich werde wiederkommen! Vielen Dank nochmal für die super Betreuung!
