Our home is a newly constructed home conveniently located between Boyne Highlands and Nubs Nob. The home is open year round and great for golfers, ski / snowboarders, snowmobiles, hikers, boaters, or anyone who is just looking for a few days away from the city.

Walk to Teddy Griffin's Road House for Dinner and Drinks or to the Pleasant View General Store for a great deli sandwich or cup of coffee. Step right out side to go for a walk or snowshoeing and take off on your snowmobile right from the driveway.

If you are not familiar with the area, it's great for everyone. You can bring the family and enjoy time together or leave the kids with the grandparents and enjoy an adult weekend. Also great for an all guys / all gals get away. The downtown areas of Harbor Springs and Petoskey offer great shopping for anyone. From art galleries, jewelry, outdoor gear, to fine clothing you will surely find something. And please don't hesitate to ask questions!

About Brooke Woodham

This house is owned by family, our parents live out on Crooked Lake so there is always someone close by if anything were to ever go wrong and they keep up on all of the house maintenance. This house was finished being built in 2004 and has only been owned by our family. It's well maintained and in the best location possible for a ski weekend in the winter or golf weekend in the summer.

Because our family is so large, it's the perfect overflow house when we all come to town! We have many family gatherings here, and it's perfect for our winter trips to go skiing.

What makes this cottage unique

The layout of this home is amazing for multi families or couples. There is a master suite, eat-in kitchen and living room on the upper level, and the lower level offers a game area, separate living area, 2 bedrooms and bathroom. The kids can play downstairs while the adults can carry on a conversation up stairs. It offers privacy for couples staying together.
