My family and I had the best Sanibel vacation (5th year) that we have ever had staying at this property. We usually stay in Fort Myers and "commute" back and forth over the causeway. This time we used our heads and realized the savings of staying on the island (parking, tolls, kitchen, laundry (saves on packing!).
The unit was HUGE (three bedrooms & two baths, living room, dining room, big open kitchen, breakfast nook). The location was perfect since my daughter is an avid sheller and devoted to the light house beach. We didn't have to pay to park in order to spend hours at the beach (another plus for this property). My husband could walk out to a spot on the beach that was somewhat quiet in order to enjoy some fishing from shore.
The condo itself is spotless, spacious and fully furnished with whatever you could want or need. The pool was almost private because of the time of year that we were there. We used the tennis courts a number of times. The location is the closest to the Lighthouse Point and beach. The views are great from the lanai.
We cannot wait to stay again in 2013!
