We purchased this unit during construction and plan to retire here some day. Everything from appliances to window coverings are the best you will find. White plantation shutters frame your bedrooms' ocean views. White blinds that roll up to the tops of the windows can be adjusted from opaque to just sun filtering in the great room. The nine foot ceilings add to the luxury feel. We are hands-on owners and visit a few times a year to keep everything new, fresh, and upgraded. We replace furniture and items regularly and add amenities. We have included loads of extras not allowed on hotel rental programs to make this your best vacation possible. We have touches that will make you feel at home and in the lap of luxury. We want you to come here for one vacation, then return for every vacation.
We chose this location within Margate Tower because we think it is the perfect unit in the building. 2700 square feet of direct oceanfront luxury with a large 175 square foot balcony in await you to enjoy. It is located 30 feet above ground level directly overlooking the private pool and hot tub, the number is 103. You can relax on the balcony with a cocktail as the music provided by the Hilton resort is clearly heard on the balcony. Our view is not cement or peering into other guest rooms while you have to crane your neck to see the ocean, but rather palm trees waving in the breeze and the sandy wide beach lined with umbrellas and chairs. We know safety counts too. Margate has a manned 24 hour desk in the lobby and entry is only available through him or with a guest key card after dark. Entry from the beach is always only by guest key card. In case of a power outage, or other unlikely disaster, we are ideally located to use the staircase without a problem, not having to wait for the elevators which may be unavailable or over crowded during such an outage.
To assist us in maintaining our unit and as a service to vacationers, we employ a local professional company to help keep everything in tip-top condition. They are on call 24/7 if there is any problem. They are conveniently located on the way from the airport so that you can pick up your unit keys and building key cards on the way. You need not wait in the long hotel check-in lines and our condo will be waiting for you before 4 PM. Our service has partnered with a Myrtle Beach equipment rental service that can provide all the extra items you may need. To ensure your vacation starts immediately upon arrival at the condo, they will deliver any rental items prior to check-in. Cribs, high chairs, bicycles, beach supplies and more are available. It is also possible to order groceries on-line and have them delivered and put away, prior to your arrival.We do preventative maintenance to everything in our unit so you should not be surprised by any problems or issues.We offer departure cleaning, mid-week touch and daily maid service for our guests.
