Le Campas is an admirable equipped large (140m²) country house with a wonderful view up to the Pyrenees and the lovely neighbouring ‘Chateau Tancouet’. The large swimming pool (10x5 m) and an adjoining terrace with barbecue and suite-furniture invite to relax. The cottage is surrounded by several terraces and a spacious patio with a second barbecue. All shopping facilities in 6 kilometers even a lovely farmer's market especially for the well known 'foie gras' every monday in Samatan.

In about 5 kilometres there is a new 9-hole golf course built in 2004 with the superb restaurant ‘Le Petrarque’. The whole region is well-known for its famous ‘foi gras de canard’ (weekly markets in Samatan and Gimont), the excellent Armagnac and the Roquefort cheese as well as its wines (madiran, cahors, bearn) and the stew ‘Cassoulet’.

Notes: The romantic country house is furnished very charmingly and personally and partially with antiquities by the owners. Two bedrooms with king size beds (180/200 cm) and one twin are well equipped with slatted frames and orthopaedic mattresses. Blankets and pillows are allergologically tested. Newly renovated shower room since May 2005. Electric heating in all rooms, fire places in the kitchen and the living room. The cosy kitchen is outstandingly equipped with: convection oven, ceramic stove top, fridge/ freezer, numerous additional kitchen ware and a separate dining corner. Dining room with dining table up to 8 persons. The living room with its homely fire place and the lovely furnishing is very convenient (telephone, SAT-TV, HiFi unit with CD and DVD). Patio with barbecue and panoramic view up to the Pyrenees and neighbouring castle Chateau Tancouet. Large pool of 5 x 10 m surrounded by a spacious terrace with barbecue and a stone made suite completes the property. Garage for 2 cars.

Ein Domizil zum Seele-baumeln-lassen.

Dieses Landhaus verfügt über eine einzigartige Lage auf einem Hügel inmitten von landwirtschaftlich genutzten Flächen.
Wir als fünfköpfige Familie hatten hier einen sehr erholsamen ruhigen Aufenthalt. Auch das Wetter war durchweg sehr gut zu uns.
Den großen Pool nutzten wir fast jeden Tag. Die komfortable Ausstattung des Hauses, die sehenswerte Landschaft und etwas Kultur rundeten unseren Urlaub sehr positiv ab.
Insgesamt ein empfehlenswertes Haus für abwechslungsreiche und ruhige Ferien, auch für Familien mit Kindern. Ein Auto ist allerdings zwingend erforderlich.

Dieses Feriendomizil liegt auf dem Lande in Alleinlage, ist sehr kompfortabel und großzügig ausgestattet sowie sehr gepflegt Vom Anwesen haben Sie einen herrlichen Ausblick auf die Landschaft der Gascogne bis zu den Pyrenäen. Die Beschreibungen für das Ferienhaus werden durch die Realität noch übertroffen.
Wer Landschaft, Ruhe und Natur und die Annehmlichkeiten eines kompfortabel ausgestatteten Feriendomizils genießen möchte, hat hier die richtige Urlaubsadresse gefunden.

Tolles Feriendomizil!

Ein Urlaub, in welchem alle Wünsche erfüllt werden!

Die Villa befindet sich in einer wunderschönen Landschaft, die wir mehrmals mit unseren Fahrrädern erkundet haben.
Einrichtung und Ausstattung der einzelnen Zimmer ist sehr schön und ebenso gemütlich.
Die Gartenanlage mit eigenem Pool übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Egal, ob man auf der Terrasse oder direkt am Pool sitzen, am Abend grillen oder einfach nur Schwimmen oder die Ruhe genießen möchte – die Möglichkeiten sind für all dies gegeben!

In unserem Urlaub konnten wir sowohl sportlichen (Golf und Tennis), sowie auch kulturellen Interessen (Museen, Sehenswürdigkeiten etc.) nachgehen – dennoch blieb auch genug Zeit für Erholung im Garten oder Haus.

Abschließend können wir sagen, dass wir eine sehr schöne Zeit im Le Campas verbringen konnten und dass man den Blick vom Grundstück aus nicht beschreiben kann, sondern selber erleben muss.

Das Ferienhaus übertrifft die Erwartungen, die man beim Anblick der Fotos hat, noch deutlich.
Ein Ort, an dem man sowohl entspannen kann, als auch Kultur geniessen und Sightseeing-Touren machen kann.
Fazit:
Einfach ein Ort für gelungenen Urlaub!
