Wonderful brick 3 BR/2.5 BA home in classy and quiet Edmond, a suburb of Oklahoma City. Over 2500 sf total living space on two floors. House backs up to a greenbelt for maximum privacy. Not unusual to see deer wander past while relaxing on the gas-grill equipped patio in the evenings or early mornings. Large grass-filled back yard.

Spacious office with desk and monitor in case you need to get some work done while staying. Elegant formal dining room, as well as breakfast nook in the kitchen. Kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, including microwave and a gas range. Laundry room fully equipped with high capacity washer and dryer.

Large master bath has a whirlpool tub with separate shower and dual vanities.

We rented this home as a gethering place for our daughter's graduation from OCU. We took a portable mattress with us and were able to accomodate 8 people very well. The kitchen was well equipped and we had about 20 family members that would come and go for meals throughout the weekend.
The floor plan has an open feel that allowed for people to move around between the kitchen, dining room and living area easily.
The weather was great and we spent alot of time in the spacious back yard where the parents could visit and kids could play. Definately good value for the price!
The owner was great to work with and very timely and accurate with his responses.
The only thing keeping me from giving this rating an excellent verses good was the condition of the bed we slept in upstairs...could use a new matress, however the experience was so good that I doubt if this would stand in the way of me renting again!

Your home was a great place to gather for a weekend of fun with good friends. It was comfortable and well maintained, and the location was convenient for shopping, eating out, and our visit to The Medieval Fair of Norman. We really enjoyed the kitchen for making breakfast and late night desserts. If we get another opportunity to visit OKC, we'd definitely stay here again.

Family get together weekend

This home was wonderful. We have a daughter and her family that live in Colorado and wanted to come
back to OKC to visit everyone for a long weekend. Instead of getting hotel rooms, I saw that this was available. It's in a great neighborhood with a big back yard for kids to play in. We had 14+ people in the house at varying times. We didn't go out to eat one single time except to bring in pizza for the last night together. We had a problem with the heater not heating the house well enough one morning when it got below freezing. I texted the owner and told him the problem because I was worrying about the pipes freezing. He texted me back immediately and said he would have his housekeeper call someone to check on it. This was at approximately 10 a.m. It was taken care of by lunch!! And this was on a holiday!! I was amazed.

The kitchen refrigerator does not have a freezer, but there is a chest freezer in the garage to put ice in. The bedroom downstairs was very comfortable.

All in all, we had a great time. Our grandchildren range in age from 9 years to 2 months. We all had a wonderful time!!!!

Oklahoma City vacation

We really enjoyed our stay in Okla City. The house was laid out so that we all had privacy but had enough common space to enjoy one another. The heat/air was an issue but we bought fans to overcome. For the caffeine junkey, there is no regular coffee pot for brewed coffee. There is a cappocino machine and a teapot on the stove. There is only one TV in the house and it was March Madness so we had to watch one thing - basketball games but we survived. There is some damage to the backyard fences, but the owner has agreed that he will be fixing it. There are steep stairs so for a family with very little ones, you will need to watch them constantly. The house was very clean and plenty of towels, etc, great W/D set and plenty of items in the kitchen for cooking great meals.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Great stay

House was exactly as described. We spent 3 days in OKC for a wedding and it was so nice to have a central place for us to congregate. We have a grandchild and this house was so much nicer than staying in a hotel. Kitchen is well equipped. The master bathroom was beyond our expectations! When we were getting ready for the wedding the big bathroom was perfect for the girls to get their hair and makeup done!! We will definitely recommend this to anyone needing a place in Edmond or OKC.
