Photos and Description of the West Yarmouth vacation cottage rental
Cottage, 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bath, (Sleeps 4-5)

Cottage located on large, sandy lot with shade trees and tiled patio, outside shower, very private on cul-de-sac. Only ten-minute walk to beautiful Englewood Beach - perfect for swimming and shelling; other beaches easy five-minute drive.

Location is secluded, but very close to restaurants, shops, and grocery stores.

A lovely front porch was added in '08 which gives renters another good space to relax in and/or read, all furnished in white wicker. The bathroom has been completely redone this spring and is beautiful.

A renter from Denver recently told us, '...the Codlery is the epitome of what a Cape Cod cottage should be...we loved it!'

Why Rosemary Catalone chose West Yarmouth

Being a Mass. resident when young, we always went to the Cape to swim. My dream was fulfilled in 2002 when I was able to purchase this beautiful little cottage for our retirement and enjoyment.

What makes this cottage unique

It is extremely well located yet very private and the Englewood beach area is simply a lovely quiet destination. We also go clamming on Sundays in the nearby river.
