This new contemporary Village Loft is newly constructed this year and is located in the village of Baytowne Wharf just steps away from Shopping dining and nightlife. Enjoy the festive atmosphere of Fisherman's Village from your private balcony overlooking the cobblestone and shell sreets. You have your own private entrance into this unit and walks out onto the main street in front of the parking garage.

The main livng and dining room have an open floor plan good for entertaining and family gatherings. With two sets of french doors opening to two balconies you can hear and smell the fabulous eateries below. The kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances and everything you will need to cook any meal. There is a separate wet bar in the main living area for entertaining.

The bedrooms are located upstairs along with two full baths. The master sleeps two and the second bedroom will sleep three comfortably. Hardwood flooring is throughout the unit as well as granite.

This unit is located above the commercial and may be noisy at times.
