Architect designed contemporary style home.

Open, bright and sunny with two story open living/dining room. Great for entertaining and family get together. French doors off open living/dining room lead to screened porch and deck. Less than a mile to Indian Neck Beach.

This home has 3 BR's and 2.5 Baths. Lots of gathering areas in den and living room. Great for multi generational families.
Ceiling fans and whole house fan help keep house comfortable in the summer.

Deck off upstairs master bedroom. Owner recently upgraded the landscaping and the site has a new and beautiful flowering perennial garden. Outdoor shower is great after a day at the beach.

Near all attractions and activities. Large and spacious lot. House well set back from road insuring privacy.

Main level - Entry foyer; L/D/K open plan; den; two BR's; 1.5 Baths. Washer and dryer off kitchen. Screened porch and deck. Fully furnished. Upper level - M/BR with private deck and full bath; study/den. Great for writing and reading.
