Location: Summertree Village, Myrtle Beach, Grand Strand, South Carolina, USA (15-20 minutes from airport)...Just off Rte. 22. Centrally located in the quiet Arcardian Shore Drive area. Short walk to beach, Ocean Annie's and Apache Pier. Close to Tanger Outlet Mall, Walmart, Barefoot landing, Restaurant Row and Dixie Stampede.

Accommodations: 2 Bedroom/2 Full bath condo, sleeps 7.

Spacious 1200+ square feet condo on second floor. Upon arrival to the condo, you will step into a screened porch which is perfect for cleaning off all the sand from a day at the beach.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee pot, pots & pans, utensils, dishes and washer and dryer. The kitchen overlooks the dining/living area. The dining room table will seat six to eight and there is a breakfast bar that will seat three. Wet bar has blender and glasses for your entertaining.

Master bedroom has a queen size bed, full master bathroom, TV w/VCR and cable, and its own private balcony. Second bedroom has one full size bed and one twin size bed with connecting shared full bathroom.

Living room has queen size pull out sofabed, loveseat, TV with DVD/VCR player. Step through the sliding glass door to the second screened in porch overlooking the outdoor pool, grills and plenty of room for sunning. Table and two chairs make this porch a great place for your morning coffee, quite time or conversation.

Summertree Village is a perfect spot for a family vacation.
