Beautifully renovated, spacious 3 bedroom/3 bath condo. 2 stories. Great for multiple families with 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms downstairs and 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom upstairs with loft and sleeper sofa. Open kitchen and living area looking out to lake view. Catch and release fishing from back patio. Walking distance to community pool, shopping and restaurants. Catch the shuttle to the beach or Baytowne Wharf. Our villa is an end unit with peace and solitude. Plenty of parking.
