The unit is riverfront, with unobstructed view of the intracoastal waterway, where water sport activities, and pleasure boat traffic abounds. The unit is in a prime location, with direct access to a community pool and barbecue area from the unit.

This unit is non-smoking. Pets, motorcycles, trailers, motor-homes and watercraft are not permitted on property. Homeowner association rules and regulations apply to all guests.

Fred...as per our conversation contact Koo regarding your possible rental for November this year in Myrtle. The condo overlooks the river, and is third floor corner unit. Hi Mr. Yuen,

We truly enjoyed staying at 1512 Lanterns Rest. It was a beautiful place, in such a relaxing area and very quiet. We enjoyed having the river view from the balcony. It was a large, spacious place, and having a TV in every room was fantastic.

The bed sheets as I said over the phone didn't fit the bed in the second room, but that wasn't too much of a problem. Just a suggestion, having card access to the outdoor pool would have been great and a larger sofa bed in the living room would be more accommodating. It was a great experience, one I will recommend to others.

Dear Koo:

Let me say, first and foremost, that we had an extremely good time. Your condo was fantastic. We have never stayed in any accommodation that was so comfortable and relaxing. It felt very homey with the kitchen, dining area, living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and the laundry room. So much!

The laundry room was especially convenient as it allowed us to wash our clothes after returning from the beach and from a long day out in the hot sun. And, having two bathrooms allowed us to shower at the same time rather than having to wait.

We spent a lot of time watching cable TV too since we do not have cable at home. Each night, we stayed up late watching the Food Network and the Travel Channel—our two favorite channels.

The kids were very impressed too. Saffa wanted to thank you. She said she wanted to come back and go to your house to thank you personally.

Of course, we had never been to Myrtle Beach before. We found it to be overwhelming. We had fun on the beach, and we ate like kings. There so many restaurants—especially, seafood buffets!

All in all, we are all very grateful for your generosity and hospitality. It was great. Thank you so much.
