ABOUT THE UNIT
Enjoy this fabulous, professionally decorated BRAND NEW one bedroom/one bathroom oceanfront condo. This unit is located on the 9th floor with gorgeous views of the ocean, from the living room and private balcony. This unit is fully furnished and has a fully-equipped kitchen, living room, dining room and master bedroom. The kitchen is complete with all appliances, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, oven, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, silverware, glasses, dishes, pots, pans, etc. All linens are provided with clean towels provided daily. This condo has an over/under washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. The master bedroom has 2 queen sized beds, dresser and television. There is a pull down Murphy bed, a queen size sleeper sofa and a television in the living room area. There is also a wall safe for your valuables while you are at the beach or enjoying the sights. This unit sleeps 6.

All interior corridors are enclosed and air conditioned. There is easy access from the gated covered parking garage to the 4 high speed elevators. This provides added security and keeps your car out of the elements. Parking is ample and never a problem.

Holiday Sands South Beach Resort has all the amenities you and your family could desire. This resort complex was constructed and completed in July 2007. The facility and all amenities are new, clean and well designed. There is an outdoor pool, indoor pool, kiddie pool, lazy river with rafts, and a heated oversize Jacuzzi hot tub. These amenities are fully enclosed and heated for the fall and winter months for year round use. The oceanfront café is open for breakfast and lunch. There is also an indoor fitness center. The resort offers 24 hour on-site lodging management which can help you with reservations to nearby attractions as well as meeting and conference areas.
NEARBY ATTRACTIONS
Some of the nearby attractions include the brand new upscale Market Commons which has shopping, retail, restaurants and a movie complex. Some of the stores at the Commons include PF Chang’s China Bistro, California Pizza, Barnes & Noble, Pottery Barn, Williams-Sonoma. Also close by is Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach, Restaurant Row, Tanger Outlet Shopping, Ripley’s Aquarium, Carolina Opry, water parks, miniature golf, river cruises, deep sea fishing, and numerous challenging and scenic golf courses.
The Resort is within walking distance to a fishing pier which stretches out into the ocean. You can also walk to parasailing, kayaking, jet ski and sailboat rentals. Damon’s restaurant located on the beach is also within walking distance – enjoy cocktails and appetizers sitting on the outdoor deck on the beach or stay for dinner – the ribs are delicious.
