Unit 2402 Royal Palms PENTHOUSE beside the Hilton in the Shore Drive area.

This is the penthouse floor (24th) right hand south corner of the building. Panoramic view. Two bedroom, two bath with lockout unit with one bedroom, one bath, microwave and small fridge. Private balcony on living and master and third bedroom. Granite counter tops, marble floors and stainless steel appliances. Double sink in kitchen. 24/7 security on site and secure entrance with guard house. Full size laundry room and extra closets Master bath has jacuzzi tub and shower. 2nd Bathroom has shower and 3rd bathroom has tub/shower.

May only use the Royal Palms pool.
