Nestled on the 7th Fairway, this delightful 2 bedroom/2 bath cottage invites you to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
As you enter, you notice the abundance of natural light; there are lots of windows. Offering all the comforts of home on one floor; the comfortable living area with sliding door out to the screen porch with viewing of the golf course, perfect to watch the shots of the day, read a good book, or gather with friends. The kitchen is updated and is stocked with everything you need for your stay. Off the kitchen and living area, is a hexagon shaped, window filled dining area – wonderful for starting the day with a cup of coffee or enjoying the local fresh seafood or fish.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and an updated full bath. The second bedroom features two twin beds and a full bath with a walk-in shower. The queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping quarters if needed.
The Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort is a 2,400 acre resort located on the panhandle of Florida with a beautiful private beach, three public golf courses, over 30 restaurants, daily live entertainment, biking, fishing, tennis, spas, numerous shops and much more.
Amenities: Three TV's, DVD player, washer, dryer, fully equipped with linens provided (excluding beach towels).
Well behaved, small dogs welcomed for an additional $20/day.
A $110.00 clean fee and 11.5% Florida sales tax will be added to every reservation. A $250.00 fully refundable security deposit will also be required to secure a reservation.

Cancellation Policy- Outlined in lease agreement
HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY – No refunds will be given unless:
1. The National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuations in a “Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area” and / or
2. A “mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm /Hurricane Warning” area of residence of a vacationing guest.
THE DAY THAT THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE ORDERS A MANDATORY EVACUATION ORDER in a “Tropical Storm / Hurricane Warning” area, we will refund:
1. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered.
2. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted: and
3. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the “Hurricane Warning” period.
