Perfect home for 2 families with 2 master suites.

Special feature: Small in-ground heated pool (16x8 feet) with room for family and friends and endless entertainment in the summer.

Located on 1 acre lot in exclusive Highlands neighborhood. Access to cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, mountain biking and hiking on National Forest trail on the edge of the property.

Upstairs: Large cathedral ceiling great room/dining room with majestic views, vaulted ceiling, stone fireplace and 32’ flat screen TV/DVD. Formal Dining Room with seating for 14.

Gourmet kitchen completely equipped for serving 2 large families. Two Master suites with adjoining spa bathrooms including double sinks, Jacuzzi tubs, large showers and walk-in closets. Small office with computer with internet access for guests.

Downstairs: Bedroom with 2 queen beds and adjoining bath. Bunk Room with 2 twin log bed with pull out trundles provide sleeping for 6.

Bathroom with steam shower that seats 6. Family room with seating area, pullout sleeper couch, pool table and foosball table. Lots of games and video library. Secret playroom with toys especially for young ones.

Other Amenities: 3-car heated garage with lots of recreation equipment for families including sleds, snowshoes, children’s bikes and jog stroller. Large patio with gas grill.

Four night minimum stay.
