Destin/Miramar Beach offers sugar white sand beaches that are some of the most beautiful in the world. Clear, emerald water temps are high 80's in the summer and mid 60's in the winter. Swim nearly year round at the beach or relax poolside at the private Beachwalk pool nearby.

The beach is a oh, so close (.06 miles) walk or short drive (there is generous parking at the beach). Fish (catch and release) and feed ducks in the backyard. Relax lakeside on the patio, which offers a gas grill for evening barbecues.

This villa is newly updated featuring stainless steel appliances, and tasteful decor. Roomy, sleeps up to seven. Master and guest bedrooms furnished with king beds, twin sleeping nook, living area offers queen "aerobed" that inflates instantly.

High Speed internet available for your use.

The Market Place shops are right out the front door for morning coffee at Starbucks or dinner at the featured sports bar.

Baytowne Wharf (within the resort)offers unbelievable nightlife and dining, live bands, evening fireworks and daily children's activities.
World class shopping at "Silver Sands" designer outlet mall(approximately 1.5 miles away) and four championship golf courses within the resort.
This really is the perfect destination in a safe, gated, pedestrian friendly community. Deep sea fishing, Gulfarium, Waterpark, sunset & dolphin cruises all within eight miles of villa.
