Our golf course front villa is located in a tranquil neighborhood. It has brand new carpet throughout, new furniture in the living room and enclosed lanai and new flat screen TVs. The villa was completely redecorated in July 2011. The glass and screen enclosed lanai offers a beautiful golf course view, the perfect place to enjoy breakfast, coffee or other peaceful activities all day long. The perfect sanctuary!
The spacious Master bedroom has a king-sized bed, large walk-in closet and bay window seating area with a golf course view. The Master bath is exceptionally large with a walk-in shower with built-in bench seating and grab bars, large sunken tub with jets and double sinks.
The second bedroom provides a queen-sized bed, walk-in closet and large dresser and mirror. The second full bath is adjacent. All linens included for guest use.
The spacious, fully equipped eat-in kitchen has a stove top center island with plenty of counter top space perfect for entertaining. The kitchen has access to a walk-out patio, ideal for enjoying your favorite grilled meal outdoors. Gas grill provided.
The peaceful neighborhood, "The Villas of Somerset", offers a clubhouse and swimming pool only steps away from the villa.
Venice is a charming area, an ideal location just South of Sarasota and North of Fort Meyers. Venice has some of the best beaches Florida has to offer.
Fantastic beaches are only a ten minute drive from the villa, where some of the most desirable fishing and shelling are popular activities. Watch out for the sharks teeth!

We feel Venice is not only perfect for adults but a wonderful family getaway as well! Visit a different beach everyday; Venice, Manasota, Englewood and the well known white sand beaches of Siesta Key. Amusement Parks, Golf, Tennis, Museums, Outlet Malls and major league spring training camps are a few of the family fun activities available.
Historic and quaint downtown Venice is a must see, only a ten minute drive. There you can visit one of the many fabulous restaurants, shops or art galleries.
