Our property is located in Sandestin which is a beautiful golf and beach resort which is an exclusive, highly secure, beach front community and a fantastic vacation spot! This new, upscale, beautifully decorated home on a lake, is located on the 3rd Fairway of the 4 ½ -Star Raven Golf Course in one of the most prestigious neighborhoods in the Resort. The Resort has great beach access, a live band, restaurants and even showers to rinse off. There's plenty of parking in most areas of the resort. Lots of fun activities for the kids, they even have Jolee Island, an island park with a pirate theme with lots of playground equipment. Fun for the adults too!
There are 4 championship golf courses or if tennis is your passion there are 15 world class tennis courts, a 98 slip marina, two dozens shops and restaurants in a walk in village. There is a basketball court and miles of bike trails to run, jog, rollerblade, walk or ride a bike. Almost no matter how long you stay there won't be enough time to enjoy it all.
You’ll love the open 1880 sq. ft floor plan and two-story den with panoramic windows to enjoy the beautiful views. Italian Travertine tile floors and granite countertops give an elegant look and feel. The spacious, gourmet kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, 3-stool granite bar top, and four-seat dining table. The master and guest suites on the main level include designer king and queen beds. Full Washer/Dryer. The suite upstairs has a queen bed with entertainment center and seating plus a full bath…a great retreat for the kids! There are flat-screen TV’s and DVD players in the den and each bedroom with free Wi-Fi internet service.

The Resort has a private beach. The beach has nearly pure white sugar like crystalline sand, washed down from the Appalachian Mountains, known the world around for it uncommon softness, texture and beauty. Locals and guests alike often refer to it as the "sugar beach."
In this resort you are also on the beautiful Choctawhatchee Bay with million dollar ocean going yachts at the Baytowne Village Wharf, part of the Resort.
The Resort in Destin is off the Florida Emerald Coast. These beaches are world renowned for their sparkling, clear blue and emerald green waters.
You will enjoy extensive landscaping, w/lush flowers, trees and Florida/Key West type architecture. This sets the tone for our Laurel Grove home, and all near a pond stocked with bass for guests to fish, picnic, relax and enjoy nearly endless choices of entertainment for everyone of all ages.
It is just a very short drive to the beach or village, with ample parking. You can take the ferry across the bay to the pedestrian friendly Village at Baytowne Wharf on the Bayside of the Resort where you can stroll the Marina, shop till you drop or just relax and enjoy the entertainment, live music, movies on the green, fine dining and dancing too. We will provide you proper authorization so that you will be able to come and go virtually 24 hours/day with ease.
Jolee (Pirate) Island, a children's private playground is close to the Village. There is even a grocery, clothing and restaurants nearby Grand Boulevard Mall attached to the resort. How can you miss with miles of running /walking /rollerblading / bike riding trails throughout the resort with a lighted tunnel under the highway for total resort access.
