After entering the gate, you will climb the stairs to the inviting front porch and its accompanying rocking chairs, a superb place for people watching in Key West. Upon opening the front door, you will be greeted by original Dade County pine walls and beautiful hardwood floors. The cozy livingroom features tropically designed furnishings, a queen sized sleep sofa and a 32" flat screen TV with built-in DVD player. The spacious dining room seats eight and offers a 42" flat screen TV with DVD player which can also be viewed from the adjoining trendsetting gourmet kitchen. The kitchen contains cherry cabinets, stainless appliances, granite counters, wine cooler, professional stove and an island with seating for four. Both the kitchen and dining room feature French doors which open up to your own private Shangri-La with covered porches and overhead fans, outdoor seating in sun and shade alongside the generously sized heated pool, BBQ grill and convenient outdoor bathroom and shower. Truly the place to be, Casa Feliz is a tropical oasis in Old Town, Key West.
Upstairs, the house contains 3 bedrooms with ample closet space. The master bedroom contains a king bed,19" flat screen TV and ensuite bath complete with Jacuzzi tub, spacious dual shower and bidet. There is a queen bedroom and a third bedroom with 2 twin beds which can be converted into a king at your request, and second handsome full bathroom.
