This spacious 3 bedroom/ 3 bath 11th floor PENTHOUSE unit has views that will take your breath away. From your balcony, you will overlook the bay, the marina, the Village and the Gulf of Mexico! The sunsets will make you never want to leave! This beautifully decorated condo offers 3 large bedrooms, with beautiful views and each with a king size bed, and boasts 2 masters, both featuring large bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the living and dining area are very spacious and comfortable. The Grand Sandestin has access to a large pool area that includes a large freeform pool, two hot tubs, and plenty of lounge chairs surrounding the area.

The Village features more than two dozen shops, unique specialty boutiques, casual and upscale dining, as well as nightclubs and bars. This Will Be a Vacation Where Memories Will Be Made!
Hurricane or Storm Policy – No refunds will be given unless:
1. The National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuations in a “Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area” and / or
2. A “mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm /Hurricane Warning” area of residence of a vacationing guest.
The Day that the National Weather Service Orders a Mandatory Evacuation Order in a “Tropical Storm / Hurricane Warning” area, we will refund:
1. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered.
2. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted: and
3. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the “Hurricane Warning” period.
