We have had a great first year in our beautiful Sandestin home. Thanks to all of our guests,who have come and loved it as much as we do. Holidays are amazing here, there is so much to do,the weather is great and crowds are down. Sandestin is a 2400 acre residential and retail community. Our home is in the newest development, Villa Lago, with Mediterranean style homes within walking distance of all Sandestin has to offer. Click on the link below to see more about the community.
Our house sits on the 2nd hole of Baytowne golf course, one of the four championship courses in the community. We are right on the lake.
We have professionally decorated our home with original art and accessories. Two of the bedrooms feature King-size beds and the third one has a full size bed with a twin bunk above it. There is also a convertible bed. Each bedroom features luxury linens and mattresses along with flat screen TVs and DVD players.
Our master suite is truly a retreat all its own. It features a Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, and windows that surround the room with views of the lake. There is a patio outside with comfortable chaise lounges to sunbathe, read or just take a nap.
Downstairs in the large foyer there is a work area. We provide wireless internet access and free US long distance.
The living area has a 50 inch plasma HD TV with surround sound and a comfy leather sectional. There is also, an iPod dock to listen to your favorite music, upstairs or down(and on both of the patios).
The dining area seats eight and looks out on the lake. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a bar that seats four.
Walk out from the living area to a covered patio with gas grill, a table and chairs. You will love sitting out in the morning with your coffee and watching the ducks and herons and occasional deer. At night, the stars are so close, it is breath taking...a perfect time to enjoy a glass of wine and listen to music.
Sandestin is a golf cart and bike friendly place. Our home comes with the use of our golf cart and four bikes, so you can explore. You can take the golf cart over to the beach, to the Village for dinner, to the playground and the pools.
Our grandchildren love to hop on it and go over to Grand Boulevard(a brand new, open air shopping and dining area accessible from Sandestin via car, golf cart, bike, or foot), to get ice cream at Kilwins. You can even take the golf cart to the Publix grocery store.
This is our second home, so we made it as confortable as possible for our families and guests.
