Come and enjoy this fun family cottage in Sandestin golf and beach resort! You have it all here, the beaches, the bay, exciting Baytowne Village, shopping, world class golf, and much more! The sugar white sands of Sandestin's private Gulfside beach are only a half mile away. An underpass under Rt. 98 is used by walkers, joggers, bikers for access to the beach or you may decide to take a ride that is only 5 minutes.
This cottage has an open floor plan that has hardwoods throughout the dining, kitchen, and family living areas. It sleeps 6-9 people. It is fully equipped to dine inside or grill out.
The master suite is on the second floor with a queen bed and a separate shower and garden tub. There is a balcony that overlooks a patio and a small lake. There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor each having their own private bath. There is a outdoor shower also available off one of the downstairs bedrooms. The third bedroom has twin beds. There is also a sleep sofa and a roll away bed available.
The cottage has a screened porch the length of the house off the back on the lake and is the perfect place to relax, read a book, or enjoy your coffee. There are 4 bikes available and fishing rod and reels for your use. There is something for everyone and every age to enjoy at Sandestin! It is a great family vacation spot!
