Two year old contemporary (Great Room) home with bridge connecting upstairs bedrooms. Very private, peaceful setting.

Each master bedroom (one up, one down) has its own deck! Two level main deck, screened in porch with deck furniture. Lovely landscaping. 10 minute drive to bay or ocean beaches.

Kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, large island with prep sink. Great for entertaining as you cook! 50" flat screen TV and Direct TV service. Also TV's in master bedroom and kitchen. Two extra TVs for video/DVD watching in bedrooms.

Outside shower to wash that sand off! Flat grassy backyard for badminton, croquet, grilling outside or lying in the hammock!
