Newly renovated and fully furnished large 2 Bedroom / 2 Bath condominium at this exclusive resort. Spectacular oceanfront, coastline, plantation & lake views from 4 separate balconies.

Master Bedroom suite features a King bed with private, oceanfront balcony. Master Bathroom features shower and double vanity.

Guest Bedroom has two full beds, a private balcony and separate entrance and bathroom. Linens and towels will be provided at no additional charge.

Full kitchen equipped with utensils, refrigerator, microwave, dish washer and cook top/oven range.

Large and open living room with a 46 inch HD LCD TV.

Spacious Master Bedroom suite with 32 inch HD LCD TV.

Kingston Plantation is a 145 acre ocean front luxury community with freshwater lakes (bring your fishing rods), lush landscaping, rolling wooded terrain, walking trails, beautiful dunes, secluded beaches and 24/7 gated and roaming security.

Kingston Plantation also offers a world-class health club with fitness & weight rooms, large indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, indoor racquet ball courts and numerous lighted tennis courts.

Admission and use of the health club is available to renters for a nominal charge which must be paid directly to the Health Club.
