Pelican's Landing is located on the highly popular Shore Drive and features two swimming pools - one in the courtyard and one directly on the beach, children's playground, covered paved parking, and direct beach access.

Just a short walk to Apache Pier or Ocean Annie's with live entertainment almost year round. A short drive gets you to Barefoot Landing or Broadway at the Beach - popular gathering spots for entertainment, dining, and strolling the boardwalks.

Convenience within one to five miles - 2001 Nightclub, Bimini's, Rossi's, Restaurant Row, 24/7 Kroger Supermarket, Super Walmart and the newest Tangers Outlet Stores.
