Spacious (1600 square foot) penthouse (18th floor) Condo in popular Forest Dunes. Large balcony opens to both living room and master bedroom, plus floor to ceiling window in living room afford amazing views of the beach.

Ocean views from all bedrooms. Four cable TVs, two VCRs, one DVD player. Master bedroom - King-size bed, sitting area, private batch/Jacuzzi tub. Second bedroom - King and twin-size beds. Third bedroom - Full and twin-size beds.

Nicely decorated. Ceramic tile throughout entry/kitchen/living room. Carpeted bedrooms.

Indoor and outdoor pools, lazy river, hot tub, game room, fitness room and bar/grill.
