Sandestin is a 2400 acre resort with sugar white beaches, emerald waters and four golf courses. Come spend your vacation in our newly constructed home in Sandestin's newest neighborhood, Villa Lago. 1904 Baytowne Avenue is situated on the second hole pin of Baytowne golf course.
Our Tuscan style is home is professionally furnished with designer furniture throughout. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closet and private balcony overlooking the golf course. The master bath has two vanities, garden tub, and separate walk-in stone shower.
The second master suite is furnished with a queen bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closet, shower and it's own private bath. The third bedroom is furnished with two sets of bunk beds, a pull out trundle bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closet and it's own private bath.
The main level has travertine throughout, granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathroom, stainless appliances, and bar top seating. Enjoy family gatherings and entertaining friends in the open kitchen, family, and dining rooms. The dining room has many extra windows to enjoy the view of the golf course. The living area has very comfortable furniture and is equipped with a flat screen, DVD and stereo. Enjoy your morning coffee as you watch golfers on the lanai.
Our home is fully furnished with everything you will need to have a wonderful vacation. Other amenities include wireless internet and use of Sandestin amenity card. The amenity card allows use of tram service.
Within Sandestin you can explore the Village of Baytowne Wharf, which is within walking distance. There are many shops, restaurants and nightlife. The newly constructed adventure zone and zip-line is exciting for children as well as the playground. The beach is just a short bike ride or drive across the street.
With one master, a second bedroom with it's own bath and a room full of bunk beds, this hosue is perfect for two families!!!
